Introducing the FREAK.
The FREAK foil system is your partner on your foil journey. Need to try a new wing? It has an adaptor for that. Different mast? Sure. How about a totally new stab? Top or bottom mount stab? Yes! Changing fuse length? You can cut it! It is so versatile, we think it is likely to be the last foil you will ever buy.

The future is modular.
Front fuse sections are available separately for other brands of bolt on wings. Buy a new front half of a FREAK fuse to mount another brand of wing without needing to change the whole foil.
Current wing mount options are Konrad, Axis, Armstrong, Takuma V1, GoFoil, Sab and Slingshot with more mounts coming soon.
Axis mast mount.
The FREAK high and ultra high modulus carbon fibre mast options are crafted from layer after layer of high quality carbon. The straight leading edge and tapered trailing edge leads to a very efficient in water profile. The base mount is removable allowing the ability to change mast blades and ease of packing down for space saving.

The FREAK system uses an AXIS mast to fuse connection, so if you don't use the FREAK mast, there is a large amount of product to draw from. No limits, Axis, Project Cedrus and Konrad are all good options for masts.
Protection and craftsmanship.
Galvanic corrosion can destroy any foil. We built in a sacrificial anode in both the fuselage and the base mount, this deflects corrosion away from the alloy material. It is 100% serviceable and replaceable.

Where appropriate, we have used carbon fibre, titanium, or 6K aerospace grade aluminium making the system light, durable and stiff.
Versatile stabiliser mounting.
The FREAK fuselage is made from a 6K aerospace aluminium front, and a high modulus carbon fibre tail. among other benefits, this tail can be removed and installed upside down to allow mounting the stabiliser on either the upper or lower surface of the fuselage.

The tail profile can be cut to change the overall fuselage length, this is something you can do yourself.

Step 1 choose a fuse front
To get started with the FREAK foil system, the minimum you need is a fuselage. Start by adding a fuselage front to your cart. You can add as many different types as you like, you can use them all with the same fuselage tail later on.
Step 2 add the tail
Your FREAK tail will attach to your fuse front. You can use one tail for all of your FREAK fronts. You can cut your tail to length, or have multiple tails in multiple lengths.
Step 3 choose a mast
Your new FREAK system can use any Axis mount mast. If you already have a mast, skip this step and use the mast you have. Or, if you want a new and better mast, why not try one of our fantastic Konrad masts.
Step 5 mount a stabiliser
Of course you need one of those! The FREAK has a flat mounted 30mm stabiliser spacing with M6 threads (titanium of course). If you have a stabiliser that mounts straight on, go for it! If you need help with a shim, ask our friendly team.
